Welcome to Lady Roc (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.lady-roc.com (the “Website”) and apply to all services, event bookings, ticket purchases, products, and artist bookings made through Lady Roc™.

By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. Eligibility & Website Use
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our Website.
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. Intellectual Property
All content including text, images, designs, logos, audio, video, branding, and promotional material is the property of Lady Roc™ or is licensed for our use.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

4. Orders & Payments
When placing an order or booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.

5. Shipping & Returns (Applicable to Merchandise Orders)
Shipping times vary based on location and availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

6. Refund & Entry Policy (Members Clubs & Ticketed Events)

Guest List & Membership Requirement
• Entry is strictly for approved guests and members only.
• All attendees must be 21 years or over unless otherwise stated.

Proof of Purchase & ID
Guests must present:
• A valid government-issued ID
• The confirmation email matching the booking name

Failure to provide this will result in denied entry with no refund.

Additional Guests & Membership Approval
If a member purchases tickets for additional guests, each guest must complete the membership form and provide the referring member’s name. Lady Roc™ reserves the right to approve or deny any guest.
Denied guests will be refunded (minus a £2.50 admin fee).

Non-Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-transferable and must match the purchaser’s name and email.

Refund Policy
• Refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase.
• All refunds include a £2.50 admin deduction.
• No refunds for intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to meet dress code.

Event Changes
• Postponed events: Tickets remain valid or may be exchanged for a discount code.
• Cancelled events: Refunds (minus admin fee) or a discount code may be offered.
• Line-up changes are not grounds for refunds.

Dress Code
All attendees must comply with the specific dress code stated for the event. Dress codes may vary depending on the venue or theme.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lady Roc™ is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use, event attendance, or bookings.
We are not responsible for theft, injury, or unforeseen incidents at events.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.

8. Third-Party Links
Our Website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle your data.

10. Artist & Event Booking Terms (Clients Booking Staff/Services)

Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings made more than six (6) weeks before the event. Bookings within six weeks require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Payments
All invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Late payments may incur:
• A 5% weekly late fee
• Statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
• A fixed compensation fee (£40 for invoices under £1,000)

Cancellations
Cancellations within 14 days of the event incur a 50% charge plus the non-refundable deposit.

Overtime
Additional service time beyond the agreed schedule is charged at the hourly rate plus 50%.

Expenses
Travel, accommodation, and agreed additional costs will be invoiced separately.

Professional Conduct
Artists/Supply may withdraw services immediately if subjected to aggression, abuse, intoxicated behaviour, or inappropriate conduct. No refunds will be issued.

Equipment Liability
Clients accept full responsibility for any equipment supplied. Damage, loss, or breakage will result in charges equal to replacement/repair cost plus a 25% service fee.

11. Agency Booking Terms (No Direct Bookings)
All artists, DJs, performers, hosts, and staff supplied by Lady Roc™ are represented exclusively through the agency.

11.1 No Direct Client Contact
Clients must not:
• Contact Artists/Supply directly
• Attempt to book performers privately
• Circumvent or bypass the agency in any way

11.2 Recovery of Damages
Any breach will result in Lady Roc™ recovering damages including:
• The full agency rate
• A 50% surcharge
• All recovery-related costs (admin, legal, enforcement, third-party fees)

11.3 Ongoing Protection
These terms apply to all Artists/Supply introduced, presented, or previously booked through Lady Roc™ and remain in effect indefinitely unless formally released in writing by both parties.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website, purchasing tickets, booking services, or making any payment toward an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Continued use of Lady Roc™ services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
