Known as Rochelle Wood, she has had a passion for performance since the age of 3, initially starting in dance. As a reserved child, music provided her with a sense of liberation, transporting her to another realm. Her fascination with art, music, dance, and culture has been a lifelong journey. Growing up, she was immersed in the sounds of Lenny Kravitz, Massive Attack, Erykah Badu, Aretha Franklin, Jill Scott, and James Brown, thanks to the influence of the elders around her.
Creativity is her native language, where she finds her deepest sense of comfort. After her time at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, she expanded her talents into choreography, modelling, creative direction, show production, event management, and hosting. She has worked with exceptional clients, organising VIP events and collaborating with some of the best industry tastemakers and event planners around the world.

Lady Roc's résumé boasts an impressive array of accomplishments, from producing and directing full-scale dance and vocal showcases to commanding the decks at some of the world’s most exclusive events. Her career began in 2014 with high-impact live productions at Sheesh Restaurant in Chigwell, where she delivered seven successful years of weekly shows. She later hosted and headlined the celebrity favourite ‘Roc Wednesdays’, DJing for A-list guests including Labrinth, Stormzy, Ray Winstone, Olly Murs, and stars from Love Island, among many others.
In May 2025, she brought her signature sound to the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, performing aboard a luxury superyacht in a standout moment that underscored her global appeal and elite reputation. She also performed at the Grand Prix Ball for two consecutive years, with her return already secured for 2026
In 2023, Lady Roc collaborated closely with Akon, supplying handpicked performers for the music video of his single Prolly Fuc. She also produced and managed his exclusive EP launch party in London, overseeing every detail — from venue sourcing and celebrity guest list curation to influencer engagement and securing brand sponsors — delivering a seamless high-profile experience.
Most recently, Lady Roc curated and directed the live performance for Joey Essex’s iconic ring walk at the AO Arena in Manchester (August 31, 2025), featuring a live singer and string duo from her agency. She orchestrated a powerful fusion of vocals and violins for Misfits x DAZN — a performance praised as “the best walk of the night.”
Her portfolio spans corporate events, brand activations, private villa parties, daytime brunches, and international bookings. Discretion remains central to the Lady Roc brand. Known for curating bespoke experiences with complete confidentiality, she continues to work with celebrities, high net worth individuals, athletes, artists, and global brands with precision and professionalism.
Lady Roc’s journey has taken her to some of the world’s most iconic locations including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, private villas in St. Tropez, and top members’ clubs in London, solidifying her status as a leader in high end entertainment and production.
