  • For events requiring an overnight stay, 4-star or 5-star hotel accommodation is required.

    Accommodation must be centrally located or within close proximity to the venue.

    A late check-out option should be included when necessary, especially for events that extend into the early hours.

  • For long-haul flights (over 6 hours), travel must be in Business Class or First Class.

    For short-haul flights (under 6 hours), Business Class is preferred (if applicable).

    Flights should be direct wherever possible to minimise travel fatigue.

    All baggage fees must be covered, including excess baggage if required for performance-related equipment.

    1. Catering Requirements: The Organiser agrees to provide DJ Lady Roc and her crew with food and beverages throughout the duration of the event. This includes, at minimum:

      a. Meals: For events lasting longer than four (4) hours, a hot meal (or equivalent quality) must be provided prior to or during the event for DJ Lady Roc and up to [X] accompanying persons. Special dietary requirements must be communicated by DJ Lady Roc in advance and accommodated accordingly.

      b. Refreshments: Unlimited access to non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., water, soft drinks) and a reasonable selection of alcoholic beverages if requested.

    2. Hospitality Rider Compliance: The Organiser agrees to adhere to any specific food and beverage requests detailed in DJ Lady Roc's hospitality rider, which shall be provided in advance of the event.

    3. Timing and Availability: All food and beverages must be made available from the time of DJ Lady Roc's arrival until the conclusion of her performance and breakdown.

    4. Failure to Provide: In the event the Organiser fails to provide the agreed-upon food and beverages, DJ Lady Roc reserves the right to seek reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred to secure such provisions.
